GLAM GALORE'S SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver products purchased from Glam Galore in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Normally, it takes between 2-3 business days to process and ship the orders with standard shipping. And all orders typically arrive in 4-18 business days post processing(Excluding holidays and weekends). Please note that shipping may take longer during the holidays, and transit times may delay due to foreign reasons and might go upto 21 days in rare cases. 

NOTE: 

Please note that you will need to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will receive a message on your registered mobile number’s WhatsApp from “Morning Global” with further instructions.

The KYC process requires only a voter ID to verify your address before delivery (incase you are a minor, the Adhaar card works). No banking-related documents or one-time passwords (OTP) will be requested. 

(Q)How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive the order confirmation email once you place the order containing the tracking number, using which you will be able to track the order status. Please make sure you leave the correct contact details and email for us to reach out to you. If you fail to receive the order confirmation notification please write to us on SUPPORT@GLAMGALORE.IN

(Q) How are orders placed on Glam Galore delivered to me?

All orders placed on Glam Galore are dispatched through our courier partners such as DTDC Etc.

(Q)Does Glam Galore deliver products outside India? 

Yes, worldwide free shipping is available. International shipments will be delivered in approximately 18 days. 

(Q)What do I do if I do not have my package but the tracking says it was delivered?

If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, please contact the local courier to check it first. If the order has not been found, please email at SUPPORT@GLAMGALORE.IN and we will assist you as soon as possible.

(Q)I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?


Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
1. Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
2. You may be required to share information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario) and the snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users)
3. The refund for orders will be done after the investigation

 (Q)What if my package is lost in transit?

Glam Galore is not responsible for packages lost in transit due to customer’s absence, a refund will not be issued, however we will resend the package to you at an additional reshipment fee. 

Kindly avoid refusing delivery upon arrival, as there is a risk of the package being lost during the return transit. We request that you accept the package and arrange to return it after receiving it. Please note that if this occurs, an additional fee will be charged for reshipment.
